Amanda Wong (b. Chicago) is an essayist, photographer, and goof.

At the University of Chicago, they earned a B.A. in Statistics and Art History. In general, Amanda’s work explores the intersections between visual art, consumerism, and urban landscapes.

They work as an AI/ML practitioner. They also look at things and occasionally write about them.

Fellowships received include Lambda Literary Emerging LGBTQ Voices Fellowship, Andrew W. Mellon-Mays Undergraduate Fellowship, American Research Libraries Digital and Inclusive Excellence Fellowship, T. Kimball Brooker Book Collecting Prize.
